Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of games, applications, websites, online services, and other products provided by Geowi Games ("Geowi Games", "we", "us", or "our") (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information relating to your use of the Services. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms by reference.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you and the laws of the country or region in which you access the Services.
If you are under the age at which you can legally agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
The Services are not knowingly directed to children where applicable law prohibits us from providing the Services to them without appropriate parental consent.
3. Accounts
Certain features of the Services may require or benefit from an account. Accounts may be created automatically when you first use a Service or may be connected to an optional authentication provider.
Depending on the Service and platform, available authentication methods may include Apple, Google, email, Kakao, and Steam.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials or authentication methods associated with your account and for activity occurring through your account, except to the extent that such responsibility cannot legally be imposed on you.
You must not impersonate another person, create an account using information that you are not authorized to use, or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another user's account.
4. Guest and Linked Accounts
Some Services may allow you to play without manually creating or linking an external account. Such access may use an automatically generated account or player identifier.
If you choose to link an external authentication provider, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use that account and authentication method.
Linking, unlinking, or changing authentication methods may be subject to technical or security restrictions. We do not guarantee that every authentication provider will remain available at all times.
5. Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for their intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and the rules of the platform through which you access the Services.
You must not:
- use cheats, exploits, bots, automation, scripts, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software to interfere with the Services;
- manipulate scores, rankings, leaderboards, rewards, accounts, or other game data through unauthorized means;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, databases, or other users' accounts;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services, except to the extent that such activity cannot legally be restricted;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or availability of the Services;
- use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation;
- exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for an unfair advantage or disclose vulnerabilities in a manner intended to cause harm;
- sell, rent, sublicense, transfer, or commercially exploit an account or access to the Services without our permission; or
- use the Services in a manner that could damage, overburden, or impair our systems or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Services.
6. Game Data, Scores, and Leaderboards
Some Services may include scores, achievements, rankings, leaderboards, statistics, or similar gameplay features.
We may use reasonable technical measures to detect and prevent cheating, fraudulent scores, automated activity, manipulation, exploitation of bugs, or other activity that may compromise the integrity of the Services.
We may remove, invalidate, or adjust scores, rankings, rewards, achievements, or other game data that we reasonably believe were obtained through cheating, exploitation, fraud, technical errors, or other unauthorized means.
Leaderboard rankings and other gameplay statistics may change due to corrections, maintenance, fraud prevention, technical issues, or changes to the Services.
7. Updates and Changes to the Services
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a Service at any time. Changes may be necessary to improve gameplay, address security issues, comply with legal requirements, maintain compatibility with operating systems or platforms, or for other operational reasons.
We do not guarantee that a particular Service, feature, game mode, server, platform, or piece of content will remain available indefinitely.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services and their contents, including software, source code, object code, game mechanics as implemented in software, artwork, graphics, characters, animations, audio, music, text, logos, trademarks, designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Geowi Games and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit our intellectual property except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate or depend on third-party services, platforms, software development kits, authentication providers, analytics services, advertising services, payment services, or distribution platforms.
These services may include, depending on the Service and platform, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Unity LevelPlay, Apple, Google, Kakao, Steam, Supabase, and other third-party services.
Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
10. Advertising
Some Services may contain advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.
Advertising content, availability, frequency, and format may change from time to time. We do not endorse or guarantee the products or services advertised by third parties.
Information relating to advertising and advertising-related technologies is described in our Privacy Policy and may also be subject to applicable platform permissions and consent mechanisms.
11. Purchases and Virtual Items
Certain Services may offer optional purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, virtual items, or other digital content.
Where offered, purchases are processed through the applicable platform or payment provider and may be subject to that provider's terms and refund policies.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, virtual currency, virtual items, and other digital content provided through a Service are licensed to you rather than sold to you, have no cash value, and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for real-world currency or other value outside the Services.
We may modify or discontinue virtual items, virtual currency, pricing, availability, or other digital content, subject to applicable law and any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Availability and Technical Issues
We strive to keep the Services available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available on every device, operating system, network, or platform.
The Services may be affected by maintenance, updates, network failures, outages, third-party services, device limitations, operating-system changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using a Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to a Service or account if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or cheating, attempted to compromise the security or integrity of the Services, or otherwise used the Services in a manner that creates a risk to us, our users, or third parties.
Where reasonably appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice before taking such action. We may act without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the Services or other users.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
14. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account through the account management functionality provided within the applicable Service.
You may also request account deletion by contacting us at privacy@geowigames.com.
For security purposes, we may require reasonable information or other evidence to verify that a deletion request is being made by the account owner or an authorized person.
Account deletion may permanently remove or disable access to account-associated game progress, scores, rankings, achievements, and other account data. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, including where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

15. Privacy and Data Protection
We process information in connection with the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data protection and privacy laws, including rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights that you cannot lawfully waive under applicable data protection, consumer protection, or other applicable law.
If the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") or another applicable data protection law applies to you, your rights and our obligations under that law are described in more detail in our Privacy Policy.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that any particular feature or content will remain available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the laws applicable to you.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geowi Games and its officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or gameplay progress arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geowi Games and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
If we make material changes that require additional notice under applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice through the Services or by another reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that the mandatory laws of your country or jurisdiction provide otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer protection or other rights available to you under the laws of your place of residence.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and Geowi Games concerning your use of the Services, except where additional terms are expressly provided for a particular Service, purchase, promotion, or feature.
